01 · Scope

About this policy

This policy applies to Trade Den and related services operated by CORK ROBOTICS LLC (Cork Robotics). Trade Den provides market data, research, education, strategy tools, alerts, paper simulations, an optional assistant, and optional purchases. We do not sell personal information or use advertising tracking in the app.

02 · Information

What we process

Depending on the features you use, we process account and sign-in details (such as a display name, email, provider identifier and device key); watchlists, saved strategies, alerts, quiz and paper-trading activity; user posts and other content you create; support requests; and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

If you link Charles Schwab, we process authorization credentials, account identifiers and account information needed for connected features. We do not receive your brokerage password. If you enable notifications, we process your Apple push token, preferences and delivery status. We use these data to provide the features you request, protect accounts, diagnose failures and respond to support.

03 · Assistant

Questions, context and providers

When you use the assistant, Trade Den stores your conversations, replies, provider and model details, usage records, and the names and arguments of tools used. It can include recent conversation turns, your optional About me note and selected account context in a request. If you enable assistant memory, it can save a small set of editable trading preferences; you can turn it off or clear it separately from chat history.

To answer you, the server sends your question and relevant context to Anthropic in hosted mode, to OpenAI or Anthropic when you provide your own key, or to OpenRouter when you connect it. A provider may process that request under its own terms and privacy policy. Trade Den does not promise that a third-party provider deletes a request when you delete it from Trade Den. User-supplied API keys are encrypted on the server, are not stored on the phone, and can be removed from your settings.

Assistant tools may consult your saved strategies, public market data and news. Fresh web-search requests may be sent to the selected model provider. Retrieved article text is not stored as a Trade Den news copy. The assistant may be mistaken; do not put secrets or sensitive personal information into a question unless needed for your request.

04 · Purchases

Billing information

In supported purchase flows, Stripe processes card and billing-address details for web checkout, subscriptions, credit packs, tax calculations, automatic refills and payment management. Trade Den stores Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, plan status, purchase and credit-ledger records, and your automatic-refill authorization and spending cap. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Apple processes App Store purchases where offered; Trade Den receives transaction information needed to credit or revoke the purchase.

Automatic refills are off by default. If you enable them, your selected credit pack may be charged when a requested hosted assistant answer needs credits, subject to the tax-inclusive monthly cap you approve. You can disable future refills in the app. A payment already processing may still finish. Stripe and Apple apply their own privacy policies to information they receive directly.

05 · Sharing

When information leaves Trade Den

We share information with providers needed for the features you use: hosting and security providers; Apple or Google for sign-in; Apple for push notifications and App Store purchases; Stripe for billing; Charles Schwab for linked-account access; market-data providers; and the assistant providers described above. Content you choose to publish in community or feed features is visible to other users according to that feature's controls. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

06 · Retention and deletion

Managing saved data

We keep account information and saved content while needed to provide the service. You can delete assistant threads, clear assistant memory, remove a saved API key, disconnect a linked account, or delete your account from Profile settings. Deleting memory does not delete chat messages or your separate About me note. Account deletion removes associated Trade Den records, including saved assistant credentials and credit-ledger records, after any payment already processing is resolved. It attempts to cancel active Stripe subscriptions; please also verify your subscription status in Stripe's portal.

Stripe may retain payment, invoice and customer records under its own requirements after a Trade Den account is deleted. We may need to keep limited records for legal, security, dispute or backup purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@corkrobotics.com; we may verify your identity first.

07 · Choices and safeguards

You control optional features

You can manage notifications in Trade Den and iOS, edit or disable alerts, choose an assistant mode, remove assistant keys and memory, disable automatic refills, and manage a Stripe subscription through the linked customer portal. We use access controls, encryption for stored sensitive credentials and secure transport. No service can guarantee absolute security. Trade Den is not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
